Yoga Retreat
July 19 - 21 2024
I am really excited to be bringing you this yoga retreat at the magical Trigonos in July 2024.
The retreat will include a mixed ability physical practice to build strength and flexibility, yin yoga to help the body and mind to surrender and release, meditation, and deep relaxation. Also included is the amazing vegetarian food that Trigonos supply, much of which is grown bio-dynamically on their adjoining farm.
Trigonos boasts a lake at the bottom of the garden in which you are able to paddleboard, kayak or swim (at your own risk of course). There is also plenty of walking around the area with a particularly lovely walk up to Lake Dorothea where you can look round the remains of the slate mining industy. Poblado Coffee and the Pant Du Vineyard are all within easy reach.
The price of the retreat is £420 per person. If you're happy to share a room then the price will be £395.
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking. The balance may then be paid in instalments or the full amount will become due 8 weeks before the start of the retreat. Once payments are made they are non-refundable if you cancel unless we are able to find someone to take your place in which case a refund will be made minus your original deposit.

Yoga and Fitness Retreat
28 - 30th June 2024
Simon and I are really excited to be bringing you this retreat at the magical Trigonos in June next year.
The retreat will consist of yoga and fitness classes and lots and lots of lovely Trigonos food (vegetarian).
We have run this retreat for a few years now and it's always a fun, lively and friendly one. You don't have to be super fit to come along. The exercise and yoga are targeted to the ability of everyone.
The price of the retreat is £425.
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking. The balance may then be paid in instalments or the full amount will become due 8 weeks before the start of the retreat. Once payments are made they are non-refundable if you cancel unless we are able to find someone to take your place in which case a refund will be made minus your original deposit.

Retreat Into Winter
7th - 10th December 2023
Steph Healy of Pure Sound and I are excited to be working together for this 4-day Winter Retreat.
During our retreat you will be welcomed into a very special space that will nourish and nurture you. We'll be connecting particularly with muladhara chakra reflecting the need to ground and stabilise, much needed at this time of year.
The yoga for this retreat will be a mix of slow flow, restorative and yin, reflecting the need to slow down and take time to nurture the self. Woven in with Gong Baths, Sound Journeying and Meditation you will be bathed in sounds to hold you, help you to release old and stuck energy and to clear your energy field.
The price of the 4-day retreat is:
£595 (per person) for a single room
£570 (per person) for a twin/double room.
A non-refundable deposit of £150 is required to secure your booking. The balance may then be paid in instalments or the full amount will become due at the end of October. Once payments are made, they are non-refundable if you cancel, unless we are able to find someone to take your place - in which case a refund will be made minus your original deposit.
